Project Description

My high school students are split between a 10th grade American History course and an 11/12 grade Sociology course. Our school is located in a rural area approximately 35 miles outside of Cleveland, Ohio. One of the topics that we cover in both courses is cultural diversity. We focus on how cultural diversity has changed throughout our nation's history and the impact and contributions that all cultures have had on our society. This year, and continuing for as long as possible, we would like to explore cultural diversity in American high schools. We are asking interested high schools throughout the United States to participate in this tele-collaborative project. If your high school class would be interested in participating please contact us by email.
