I assume that's "kind", not "king". You'll have to find a university with a good reputation in artificial intelligence (AI). Unless things have changed AI programmes generally offer courses in 3 areas: natural language processing (NLP), pattern recognition and expert systems. You'll learn something about linguistics in an NLP course, but may also want to take a linguistics course too, for a broader understanding. Linguistics is how humans use language. NLP is how computers can be programmed to learn and/or translate human languages. They're not the same thing. And, don't expect to find a job with one or two courses in NLP. You'll probably need a 3-4 year degree in AI with a specialty in NLP. Finally, I see that the Amazon ads here include books on neurolinguistic programming. That is absolutely NOT the same thing. Don't head in that direction.

I'm sure that some of your universities must have artificial intelligence programmes that you can look into. NLP (as I mentioned) is a sub-discipline of that area. Just use your favourite search engine and type in "artificial intelligence israel"
