drugs are popular among young people... marijuana is considered virtually harmless by many, and drugs are very simple to find and buy.  they are also affordable, for the most part.  these are just a few reasons.

I am not sure about exact reasons.But in my opinion that can be because of powerful drug mafia.And other reasons can be lack of education and also a great number of tensions and crisis in every one's life.
