If you think of accessing the epals e-mail outside the system, the only thing you can do is when you make a contact with an epal give him/her your alternative e-mail. It's possible only if you're a teacher. As a teacher you can send your e-mails to the epals using the alternative e-mail as well. Hope I helped.
